For more than a decade, I’ve worked with singles, couples, and survivors who all came to me with the same question dressed differently, “Why does this keep happening to me?”

On the surface, I was helping people find love. I was creating matches, witnessing proposals, and celebrating weddings. But underneath the success stories, I started to see a deeper pattern. Too many people were entering relationships with unhealed wounds, repeating the same cycles, and silently carrying the impact of childhood conditioning, emotional trauma, and narcissistic abuse.

The truth was, the industry wasn’t designed to protect people’s emotional wellbeing. It focused on appearances and checklists, not psychology, healing, or self-awareness. So I changed the model.

Today, my work is centred on transformation before connection. I help individuals heal from narcissistic abuse, guide couples through cycles of disconnection, and support singles who are truly ready to attract healthy, aligned love into their lives.

This work isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s about understanding the deeper patterns that shape how you love, learning to set boundaries, rebuilding self-trust, and finally choosing relationships that feel safe, nurturing, and real.

I also speak from lived experience. I know how confusing, isolating, and devastating abusive relationships can be. That’s why my approach is compassionate, honest, and grounded in psychology, with your wellbeing always coming first.
